- VELESSTORE is responsible only for the products that we sell. We are not responsible for any expenses associated with the installation of the parts.
- You have 30 calendar after receiving the item days to return or exchange an item from the date you received it.
- To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase. Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return or exchange is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or send you a new part).
- As the merchant, we are responsible for paying shipping fee for the replacement or for the return label, based on the next reasons:
- Arrived damaged
- Expired item
- Late delivery
- Quality wasn't as expected
The reasons that require customers to pay return shipping fees:
- Better price found
- Changed mind
- Does not fit
- No longer needed
- Ordered wrong item
- The customer is responsible for paying for customer's own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are nonrefundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
